Sponsors
We offer an array of attractive sponsorship opportunities. If you would like information about becoming a sponsor, please contact our Sponsorship Coordinator at sponsors@uppermadison.org.
Sponsors with a local connection to Upper Madison and/or the City of Albany are eligible for space at the fair. Sponsors with no local connection will generally not be granted a space, but may take advantage of other sponsorship benefits.
Sponsors with a space at the fair find that providing a game, activity or interesting artifact draws the most interest from fair-goers.
We do not generally accept sponsors who are direct competitors to merchants with a storefront in the Upper Madison area.
Vendors
We welcome vendors from beyond the Upper Madison area to participate in the fair at a modest fee. Our goal is to provide an eclectic combination of local food, crafts, art and activities to attract and delight attendees. We generally do not accept re-sellers of manufactured merchandise or vendors who compete directly with merchants with a storefront in the Upper Madison area.
To become a vendor apply through the appropriate form here:http://www.uppermadison.org/StreetFairApplication

In thes cases, we encourage merchants to provide a game, activity or interesting artifacts to engage fair goers and add to their enjoyment.
