Street Fair Application

The Upper Madison Street Fair takes place on Albany’s Madison Avenue between S. Allen and W. Lawrence Streets.

The fair offers free music, quality crafts and art, a variety of foods and a host of children’s activities.

Last year’s event drew between 2,500 and 3,500 people.

BUSINESSES and NON-PROFITS IN THE UPPER MADISON AREA

If you are a business located in the Upper Madison business area you may be entitled to a register at no cost. Email us at either uppermadisonmerchants@uppermadison.org or nfps@uppermadison.org to confirm your eligibility and access the registration form.

OTHER NON-PROFITS

A small number of spaces are available for not for profits that are active in our local area, but are located outside the area. Contact us at nfps@uppermadison.org to discuss your interest.

ON-SITE FOOD VENDORS

If you do not have a storefront in the Upper Madison Area and you want to sell food for on-site consumption such as burritos, sandwiches etc. apply here: On-Site Food Vendor Registration. Generally we do not accept On Site Food vendors who compete directly with businesses located in the Upper Madison Area. Contact us with questions at onsitefood@uppermadison.org.

OTHER VENDORS

If you do not have a storefront in the Upper Madison Area and want to sell locally produced original art works, crafts or food not intended for on-site consumption, apply here: Vendor/Crafter/Artist Registration Re-sellers of manufactured merchandise will not be accepted.
