Space Requests
Let us know about additional requests for support here. Keep in mind that we are a tiny, all-volunteer organization with very limited resources. We will likely not be able to accommodate all requests. We will confirm availability of your requests with you as the fair date approaches and we ask you to do your best to make your own arrangements as well.
Power
We have a very limited number spots with power. Please keep in mind that generators are not allowed, so a spot with no power will have no electricity.
Raffle Item
Much of the funding for the Fair and other Upper Madison Improvement Group activities comes from a raffle held the day of the Fair. We appreciate donations of items valued at $25 or more to be used in the raffle. We may combine your item with other items to create appealing raffle baskets. If you are willing to donate a raffle item please describe it here.
Please enter the approximate dollar amount of your raffle item as a whole number with no dollar sign or decimal point. For example, if your item is worth fifty dollars enter 50.
